Most of our bookings will require a 2 night deposit at the time of booking for a weeks stay or more. Long term bookings may require a larger deposit.
We have a 30 day cancellation policy with a $50 penalty for cancellation at any time.
Holidays & Special Event Weeks There will be a 2 night deposit with a $100 cancellation fee for canceling at any time. 60 day cancellation policy.
All bookings will require a simple two page rental contract agreement.
Our check-out time is 10:00 am Our check-in time is 4:00 pm
We do not accept reservations for Spring Break. Everyone in the party must be 25 years of age or over during March and April unless traveling with Parents.

On your arrival to Key West you will need to check in with our management company, All Florida Keys Property Management, whose office is located at 1223 White St., Unit 102. Their office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm weekdays and 1:00 until 5:00 on Saturday. Their office will be closed on Sunday & Holidays.
