Description
This charming 1800 atlantic beach front vacation rental suite is located on the first floor and features a beautiful tropical garden view from the large private balcony.  This condo rental has two bedrooms and two bathroom and has all the comforts of home with it's fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.  The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a large master bathroom and vanity attached.

This vacation rental also comes with plenty of living space with almost 1400 square feet of elbow room.  As mentioned the unit has a large 40 foot balcony that can be accessed from three different rooms.  Both bedrooms and living room have large hurricane proof sliding glass doors that give you lovely views of the botanical garden located right outside the condo.

This condo has a four night minimum stay requirement during peak season.  There may be times when this unit may be rented for shorter stays if the booking calendar has fragmented dates with blocks of less than four nights in succession.
