has been one of the most popular vacation rental properties the resort has to offer.  The condo is located on the upper 4th floor and features incredible views of the ocean from the large 40 foot private balcony.   This two bedroom, two bath condo has a modern master bath attached to the spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed.   Both bedrooms and the living room feature large sliding glass hurricane proof doors that provide lovely views and access to the private balcony.

The unit has been recently renovated, including furniture and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.  The unit features a modern open floor plan and a dining room that seats six.

During the peak season there is a five night minimum stay requirement and during the offseason there is a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
