Description
This fourth floor penthouse suite is the only condo rental at the 1800 Atlantic resort that offers a three bedroom three bath layout.  The condo has 2100 square feet of living space which makes it one of the largest vacation rentals you will find in Key West.  Two of the bedrooms come with king sized beds while the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.   There is also a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room area.

The unit comes the a large fully equipped kitchen with additional seating at the beautiful kitchen counter area.   The condo has a very large private balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee along with the warm ocean breeze.  This property has a seven night minimum stay during the peak season and a four night stay minimum during the offseason months.  Check in during the peak season is on Wednesday or Saturday only and has no restrictions during the off season.
